This application ("Calendar Assistant") is a Telegram bot that integrates with Google Calendar to help users manage their events.

We may process the following data:

• Telegram user ID, text and voice messages sent to the bot
• Google account information (via OAuth)
• Google Calendar data (events, titles, times) as requested by the user

3. Purpose of Processing

The data is used solely to provide the functionality of the bot, including:

• Creating and editing calendar events
• Responding to user commands

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when connecting their Google account and using the bot.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to provide the service:

• Google (for Google Calendar API, Gemini API)
• OpenAI (for transcribing voice messages)
• Telegram (for bot messaging)
• AWS (hosting infrastructure in the EU)

7. Data Storage

Data is processed on servers located in the European Union (AWS EU region). We store only the minimum data required to operate the service.

• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent at any time
